TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch stock items within 7 days of receiving cleared payment. Bespoke items can take up to 21 days.

All items will require a signature on delivery.

Items sent to countries outside the UK may be subject to that country's import duty and taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying all duties and taxes. We will not make any false customs declarations aimed at avoiding duties and taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by overseas customs agencies.

Sorry, we are mail order only and do not have a gallery.

RETURNS

Returns Standard Items.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by:e-mailing us at returns@aviation-art-international.com stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order, or by letter sent to Aviation Art International at our contact address.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Aviation Art International at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use a fully insured delivery method. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website.

  • Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the package to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging).
  • A proof of purchase must be supplied.
  • We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification or personalised.
  • Goods returned outside the 7 days cancellation period (but within 28 days of receipt) that can not be re-sold as new will only be refunded to their mail order return value and a credit note may be issued.

Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been despatched to you.

Returns Policy for bespoke items.

Any bespoke items e.g. photographs which a printed to your specific requirements, all original paintings and drawings, and any items purchased from our Private Sales page cannot be returned or refunded. Items damaged in transit will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items.

Returns Policy for Private Sales.

Items purchased from the private sales section are non-returnable unless you have made arrangements with the vendor before making a purchase.

PRIVACY

Aviation Art International will never disclose your name and address or any contact details to a third-party, unless authorised by you in writing (e.g. If you are buying or selling via our private sales section.) Please contact us to remove your details from our database.

We do not, and will not in the future, store any credit or debit card details or other financial information that you supply us.
